Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itunused, unopened, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items that are used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items shipped from MyPets.pk are carefully quality checked (QC) before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Charges:
Please note that return and exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
MyPets.pk will not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats, or supplements)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible) and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
